AIGENCY was designed to create a local, independent and auditable alternative to the dependency of large language models on external data sources and foreign software libraries.

With V3, a unique 120 billion parameter architecture completely purified from LLAMA3 was built. In V4, an 8-billion-parameter sovereign vision encoder was added to this core, transitioning to a 128B-parameter multimodal architecture. Performance-cost balance was optimized via Adaptive LoRA+, Selective Layer Collapse, localized Mixture-of-Experts and cross-modal projection integration.

Absolute control over user data was ensured with a 278,000 token context window, three-tier hierarchical memory (STM/ITM/LTM) and AES-256-XTS + ChaCha20-Poly1305 encryption. All data is processed within national borders; compliant with KVKK §5/§12, ISO/IEC 27001 and the EU AI Act.
