You need to create an account to use the AIGENCY platform. • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. • Each user can only create one account. • You are responsible for the security of your account information. • Users under 18 can register with the permission of their parent or guardian. • You must notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized access to your account. • eCloud Yazılım Teknolojileri reserves the right to suspend or delete any account with stated reason.

The following rules must be followed when using the platform: • You may only use the platform for legal purposes. • Using AI-generated content for illegal, harmful, or misleading purposes is prohibited. • You must avoid actions that could jeopardize the security of the platform. • You must respect the rights of other users. • Spam, malware distribution, or creating offensive content is prohibited. • API usage must comply with the specified rate limits. • Sending automated requests that could harm the platform infrastructure is prohibited.

AIGENCY platform offers free and paid plans. • The free plan provides limited usage rights. • Prices for paid plans are published on the platform. • Payment transactions are processed through secure payment infrastructure. • Subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. • Unused credits are non-refundable but remain in your account. • eCloud Yazılım Teknolojileri reserves the right to change prices with prior notice. • Refund policy is valid within 14 days from the purchase date (right of withdrawal).

The AIGENCY platform offers the following auto-renewing subscription plans. All prices are in Turkish Lira (₺) and include VAT. • Explore (Free): 5,000 tokens — provided free to every registered user. • Starter Monthly: ₺149/month — 50,000 tokens, agent mode, 1 custom assistant. • Starter Yearly: ₺1,428/year — 2 months discount compared to monthly billing. • Pro Monthly: ₺399/month — 200,000 tokens, full agent mode, API access, 5 custom assistants. • Pro Yearly: ₺3,828/year — 2 months discount compared to monthly billing. • Business Monthly: ₺799/month — 500,000 tokens, priority agent mode, API access, unlimited custom assistants, 5-person team. • Business Yearly: ₺7,668/year — 2 months discount compared to monthly billing. All subscriptions purchased through our iOS application are auto-renewing subscriptions subject to the following terms: • Payment Charging: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. • Subscription Duration: Monthly subscriptions renew every 30 (thirty) days; yearly subscriptions renew every 365 (three hundred sixty-five) days. • Price Changes: When a subscription price changes, the new price takes effect starting with the next renewal period. Changes will be communicated through Apple, and your consent will be requested before the new period begins. • Cancellation Instructions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time on your iPhone or iPad by going to **Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions**. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period; you continue to have access to the service for the remainder of that period. • No Refund for Unused Period: Any unused portion of the current subscription period is non-refundable. When you cancel your subscription, service continues until the end of the current period, but no partial refund will be issued for the remaining days. • Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial. • App Store Terms: Purchases made through Apple are additionally subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/ For refund and billing questions related to subscriptions purchased through Apple, please contact Apple Support directly: https://getsupport.apple.com

All subscriptions purchased through our Android application are auto-renewing subscriptions subject to the following terms: • Payment Charging: Payment will be charged to the payment method associated with your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • Renewal Charge: Your Google Play account will be charged for renewal within the 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. • Subscription Duration: Monthly subscriptions renew every 30 (thirty) days; yearly subscriptions renew every 365 (three hundred sixty-five) days. • Price Changes: When a subscription price changes, the new price takes effect starting with the next renewal period in accordance with Google Play policies. Changes will be communicated through Google Play, and re-consent will be requested where required. • Cancellation Instructions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time on your Android device by going to **Google Play Store app > Profile (top right) > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions**, or via browser at https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period; you continue to have access to the service for the remainder of that period. • No Refund for Unused Period: Any unused portion of the current subscription period is non-refundable. Intellectual property rights regarding the AIGENCY platform: • The AIGENCY brand, logo, design, and software belong to eCloud Yazılım Teknolojileri. • Content you generate using AI on the platform belongs to you. • However, AIGENCY reserves the right to use anonymous and aggregated data for service improvement. • Copying or reproducing platform content without attribution is prohibited. • Integration of third-party AI models is subject to the license terms of the respective model.

Liability limitations of eCloud Yazılım Teknolojileri: • The accuracy of AI-generated content is not guaranteed. • The platform is provided "as is" and uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. • eCloud Yazılım Teknolojileri cannot be held responsible for decisions made based on information obtained through the platform. • No liability is accepted for service interruptions due to force majeure events. • The total liability of eCloud Yazılım Teknolojileri is limited to the total amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

Account termination conditions: • Users can delete their accounts at any time from profile settings. • eCloud Yazılım Teknolojileri may terminate accounts that violate usage rules with or without warning. • After account deletion, personal data is deleted within the periods specified under KVKK. • In case of termination, service continues until the end of the active subscription period. • Data required to be stored due to legal obligations is retained for the relevant period. These terms of use are regulated within the scope of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098 and related legislation. Şanlıurfa Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for disputes.
